Bespoke Event Bars can supply a bar solution for any venue from a marquee in your back garden to a field, a stately home or your local village hall. Short of space? No problem, we can deliver excellent service even through a kitchen hatch. We can supply a bar or perhaps the venue you are using already has a bar area but no bar service or facilities to serve draught products…we can also create a bespoke bar for you by using whatever is available and bringing the rest!

Bespoke work in partnership with you and your other suppliers to take away the worry and stress of running a bar and allowing you to focus on enjoying your day.

We will assess your venue and discuss the best bar options with you. We can then manage all or any of the elements of running the bar for you including licensing, supply of drinks, bar, staffing, float, health and safety, glasses, ice in fact everything needed to run a successful bar.

Costs, whilst the bar will be bespoke to your needs, there are usually three options on costs;

PAY BAR – We can provide a normal paying bar where your guests pay for their own drinks, there would therefore be no cost to you.

FREE BAR – You can have free drinks throughout or place a sum of money behind the bar on a ‘tab’ at the beginning of your function, we will then serve your guests with free drinks until the tab runs out, after which your guests begin paying for their own drinks.

TICKET BAR – We can provide you with tickets which you can give to your guests. They can then exchange them for a free drink. We keep these drinks on a separate tab and you settle the bill at the end of your event.

Bespoke can also provide a range of additional services such as ‘ ‘welcome drinks’ to be offered to your guests on arrival. These can be provided at reduced cost and can include sparking wine and champagne or more colourful choices such as: Pimms with all the trimmings, Royal Pimms, Bucks Fizz, Kir Royale or for a winter wedding, Mulled Wine.

We can also provide wines at table, wine for toasts or even a pre service bar!

Whatever option you wish to choose, we will provide you with a personalised and professional service meeting all your needs, we can also offer a fixed per head cost for bespoke packages of any of the various options we list here.
